Zircar is having a modern plant to design and manufacture any type of crucibles for any kind of application. We have our own fully equipped toolroom where all kinds of toolings are manufactured in-house to ascertain the geometrical and dimensional accuracies.

Plant is equipped with automation and latest handling systems.

Packing of crucibles are done as per requirement of the client in corrugated/wooden boxes. Foam packing is used in all export consignments and in specific cases for Indian market.

Plant is equipped with destructive and non-destructive testing mechanisms to monitor and control the quality of crucibles.
